Legal & Ethical Considerations for Clinicians
CALPCC welcomes board-licensed attorney, David G. Jensen of Calahan, Thompson, Sherman, and Caudill, LLP as he presents the legal and ethical considerations for clinicians providing care via telehealth. Offering telehealth and virtual care to your clients is essential. Since the pandemic brought in-person care to a halt, clinicians have responded to make healthcare more accessible to all and be able to provide an excellent virtual care experience for their clients. This presentation will review the top 5 most common problems we’ve seen over the last few years.
