- Our CEUs only apply toward renewal of California licensure, and cannot be applied toward renewing or initial licensure in other states.

#2. CALPCC member login issues
If you’re an active CALPCC member logging in here and see this error:

It means our main CALPCC website doesn’t recognize your login.
Here are some easy workarounds:
Please test logging in at the main CALPCC website and make sure you’re using the right email address/password.
You can also try logging in again using alternative login options: using Google or Facebook single sign-on; or click on the “Forgot password” to have CALPCC automatically email you a link to reset your CALPCC password:

#3. Where’s my CE certificate?
When you complete a course and evaluation, a button appears allowing you to download and print your certificate (PDF). You can always access this from your Account page as well, next to the completed course.
#4. What if I’m not licensed yet?
Unlicensed folks are welcome to take our courses! However, please note that any certificate generated without a valid California license issued to the licensee’s name will not count toward any current or future requirements by the BBS.
At checkout, please enter NOT LICENSED where prompted.
#5. What if I don’t complete the course or pass the quiz(zes)?
Each course includes 1 or more lessons, with a quiz and a course evaluation.
For multi-unit courses, there are multiple lessons and you must pass the quiz and complete the lesson in order to progress to the next lesson.
An 80% score is required for a passing grade on quizzes. If you do not pass, you have the opportunity to take the quiz again.
You must complete all lessons in the course and pass all quizzes, as well as complete the course evaluation, to receive a certificate with your CEUs.
#6. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for CE courses purchased at at education.calpcc.org.
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong item, we will do our best to assist in correcting your purchase/access to the correct course.
Please see the CALPCC Refund Policy for more information.
